Events Management
Using the expertise of our Traffic Management
background, products in our Hire Division, CAD Design Services
and experienced Managers, Supervisors and operatives we are able
to offer a comprehensive Event Management service. From the initial
planning and liaison with stakeholders, planning traffic and pedestrian
routes, then the implementation and operation of events on the
ground; Forest can take care of it all!
DESIGN AND PLANNING
Utilising our CAD services we can design the traffic management
to minimise traffic congestion on the approaches to events. Forest
has 25 years experience in traffic management and CAD design and
can use this to provide unique solutions to match the requirements
of any event, big or small. We are also able to design pedestrian
routes and site layouts for approval with the local authority
or overseeing organisation. Early liaison with all stakeholders
is always welcomed to ensure we offer the correct products and
services to meet your needs; this means that Forest can take care
of all the aspects of managing traffic and pedestrians around
an event.
HIRE PRODUCTS
Forest Access & Security offers a wide range of hire products
including anti-climb fencing, hoarding, various types of pedestrian
barrier, delineation products, road plates, signs and cones. We
can deliver, install, and then remove all of our products using
our in house facilities and staff. In addition to standard Chapter
8 signs we are also able to provide ‘special signs’,
printed in house to any size and design required. Signs can be
either free standing or post mounted.
Forest Access & Security is a rapidly expanding division and
we are constantly adding to our products, responding to the demand
of our clients and are happy to discuss any requirements that
you may have. Forests hire services can either be used stand alone
or as part of a complete package managing and event.
ON-SITE SERVICES
Forest has a large pool of qualified operatives to marshal events
and maintain our products and traffic and pedestrian management.
They are able to respond to customer demand, manually controlling
traffic with our temporary traffic lights and other traffic management
tools to ensure smooth entry and exit from sites.
