Ross has been a Director of Forest since 1995 and Managing Director since 2007.
With over 25 years’ experience in the traffic management industry, Ross is responsible for the leadership of the senior management team, and has overall responsibility for ensuring that all Forest’s activities are safe, ethical, efficient and compliant.
Dave joined Forest in 1994 and was promoted to the board as Operations Director in 2010.
Having worked in operational roles in the traffic management industry for over 21 years, Dave now heads up all operational activities for Forest and ensures efficient resource utilisation and delivery of all works undertaken.
Dave’s key strengths lie in his extensive experience in the traffic management industry, hands on approach, and innate ability to manage large teams to deliver works right first time and exceed our client’s expectations.
Group Compliance & SHEQ Director
Belinda joined Forest in 1990 and is highly qualified in her field of Safety, Health and Environment, with extensive knowledge of all the sector schemes within traffic management.
With over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of traffic management roles, Belinda is responsible for ensuring compliance with our rigorous health & safety and quality management procedures.
Belinda is also a qualified instructor and assessor in traffic management and heads up our in-house training school, Right-Turn Training.
Adams background is in the highways and civil engineering sectors, where he progressed from Quantity Surveyor to a senior UK management position with a national surfacing contractor, before joining Balfour Beatty on the M4/M5 Smart Motorways project near Bristol.
Adam then joined Forest in 2013 and heads up the commercial function, encompassing sales, estimating and quantity surveying.
Adams key strengths lie in his communication skills, contractual knowledge and his ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful commercial management of highway projects.

Regional Director – Wales & Midlands
Prys joined Forest in 2013 from a large multinational surfacing and civil engineering contractor, where he started as a Contracts Manager, and after five years, took a sideways step into Quantity Surveying, in order to broaden his commercial and contractual knowledge.
Prys is directly responsible for all aspects of our Wales & Midlands Region, including sales, estimating, operations and commercial departments, enabling Prys to maximise his significant range of skills and experience.
General Manager – Southern England
Rob has worked in the traffic management industry for over 15 years, starting as an operative before joining Forest in 2006 as Operations Manager.
Rob has since enjoyed a progressive career with Forest. In his current role as General Manager, Rob is based at our Winchester office and has direct responsibility for all aspects of our business across Southern Region.
Rob’s combines his extensive experience in the traffic management industry with a collaborative approach to ensure that our clients enjoy a first class service from enquiry to completion.
Group Bid Manager
Chris joined Forest in 2007 and combines a depth of civil engineering experience gained as a civil engineering contractor working on major schemes, with a strong understanding of the technical and legislative aspects of traffic management.
Chris has extensive experience in collaborative working with contractors and stakeholders and utilises his communication skills to develop the most effective traffic management solutions to maximise safety and achieve best value for our clients.
